The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Greater Cleveland Chapter (NCBW-GCC) is pleased to announce that Kodi Beatrice Pride has been selected as the 2026 SheLeads100 Honoree. She will be formally recognized during the 35th Annual Women of Vision Awards and Scholarship Reception, an evening dedicated to celebrating women whose leadership, service, and advocacy are shaping the future of our communities.
The SheLeads100 Award highlights the next generation of trailblazing women who are redefining what it means to lead — not just through title or position, but through lived commitment to uplifting others. These emerging leaders embody courage, compassion, and a relentless dedication to service that extends well beyond any single role or sector.
Kodi Pride represents these values in the fullest sense. A licensed minister, published author, and Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) with more than two decades of clinical experience, Kodi has built a life of service across healthcare, faith, and community advocacy. As co-founder of the Lorelle FAITH Foundation (LFF), an Ohio-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, she has developed programs that support children with extraordinary needs and families navigating grief — anchored in a mission of Funding, Advocacy, Inclusiveness, Training, and Healthcare. The foundation’s signature Annual F.A.I.T.H. Walk unites families, healthcare professionals, and community partners in a powerful expression of solidarity and care.
Her leadership spans an impressive breadth of service — chaplain for the Akron Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.; board member of Cornerstone of Hope; charter member and chaplain of Alpha Epsilon Beta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated; council member of University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Family Patient Advisory Partnership; and active member of the N.A.A.C.P., among others. Her professional reach extends into federal consulting, where she has supported project implementation and strategic planning across public and private systems for more than a decade.
What sets Kodi apart is not simply the breadth of her resume — it is the depth of her testimony. She has faced loss, refined herself through trials, and chosen, again and again, to lead from a place of faith and purpose. Her life’s work is a living reflection of her guiding conviction: “Who I am is anchored in Whose I am.”
NCBW-GCC is proud to honor Kodi Beatrice Pride as a woman whose service, strength, and spirit embody what it means to lead with intention — and whose impact will continue to shape Greater Cleveland for generations to come.
