@ncbwinc.greater congratulates Myesha Watkins (@c4tculture) as the 2025 "She Leads100" Honoree. The "Women of Vision" Scholarship and Awards Reception will be hosted on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 6:00 PM, at Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse.
Myesha is the Executive Director of Cleveland Peacemakers Inc., a community-based organization dedicated to violence prevention and intervention in Cleveland, Ohio. Mrs. Watkins is a graduate of the Community Violence Intervention Leadership Academy (CVILA). She is a licensed social worker and youth development professional.
Myesha has extensive experience in addressing the root causes of gun violence through trauma-informed and data-driven strategies.
She holds both a bachelor`s and master`s degrees in social work from Cleveland State University and has completed the Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management program at Harvard Business School.

Nicole McKinney-Johnson serves as the President and CEO of the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center (CRCC) @clevelandrcc, a role she assumed officially in September 2024, following her tenure as Interim CEO. With over 25 years of experience in leadership, business development, and human resources, Nicole has worked with various organizations across Northeast Ohio, including nonprofits and government agencies.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources/organizational management from Wilberforce University and a master’s in business administration/human resource Strategies from Ursuline College.
