The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Greater Cleveland Chapter (NCBW-GCC) hosted a WIIFM Mid-Week Kick on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, bringing members together for a relaxed evening of sisterhood and reflection.

With Juneteenth observed the following day, members took advantage of the mid-week break to enjoy fellowship and conversation at Barrios in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The gathering provided a welcome opportunity to unwind, celebrate accomplishments from the past program year, and share ideas for the summer ahead.

Moments like these underscore the heart of WIIFM: What’s In It For Me — a balance of sisterhood, fellowship, and continuing education that reminds members the strength of NCBW lies in both advocacy and authentic connection.
