The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Greater Cleveland Chapter (NCBW-GCC) is pleased to announce that Myesha Watkins has been selected as the 2025 She Leads 100 Honoree. She will be formally recognized during the 34th Annual Women of Vision Awards and Scholarship Reception on June 27, 2025, at The Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse — an evening dedicated to celebrating women whose leadership, innovation, and advocacy are shaping the future of our communities.
The She Leads 100 Award highlights the next generation of trailblazing young women who are redefining leadership across health, education, economic empowerment, and public policy. These emerging leaders embody courage, creativity, and a commitment to service — inspiring others to lead with purpose, authenticity, and vision.
Myesha Watkins represents these values through her work as Founder of Counseling for the Culture, a private therapy practice dedicated to mental health and empowerment, and as Creator of Healing with My Homegirls, a group therapy initiative that fosters wellness, connection, and healing for women of color.
Her leadership exemplifies the mission of NCBW — advocating for and uplifting Black women and girls while fostering spaces for healing, growth, and progress. Watkins’ commitment to her community and to expanding access to mental-health support makes her a powerful example of what it means to Lead.
