The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Greater Cleveland Chapter (NCBW-GCC) will host its 34th Annual Women of Vision Awards and Scholarship Reception on Friday, June 27, 2025, at The Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse in Beachwood, Ohio.
This signature event will honor outstanding women whose leadership, service, and advocacy embody NCBW’s mission to advance Black women and girls through leadership development, economic empowerment, and civic engagement.
This year, Nicole McKinney-Johnson, CEO of the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, will be recognized as the 2025 Women of Vision Honoree. McKinney-Johnson is being honored for her unwavering commitment to expanding trauma-informed care and supporting survivors of sexual violence. Her leadership has strengthened access to essential resources, elevated public understanding, and advanced efforts to eliminate sexual violence across Greater Cleveland.
Through her work, McKinney-Johnson exemplifies the empathy, courage, and purpose that define the Women of Vision distinction — values deeply aligned with the spirit and mission of NCBW.
The Women of Vision Awards not only spotlight exceptional women like McKinney-Johnson, but also reaffirm NCBW-GCC’s dedication to uplifting those who drive meaningful change and strengthen the communities they serve.
