The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Greater Cleveland Chapter (NCBW-GCC) hosted its WIIFM: Sister Sip and Chat on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Cooper’s Hawk Winery in Orange, Ohio. The gathering offered members a much-needed pause — a chance to unwind, share stories, and strengthen bonds of sisterhood outside of structured chapter work.
The event, themed “WIIFM Defined: Sisterhood, Fellowship, and Continuing Education,” reflected the importance of nurturing relationships and balance within leadership. Members enjoyed a relaxed afternoon filled with conversation, laughter, and reflection, deepening their personal and professional connections while celebrating the spirit of unity that drives the chapter’s advocacy work.
These moments of fellowship remind members that the strength of NCBW lies not only in its programs and policies but also in the sisterhood that sustains its mission.
