On April 19, 2025, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Greater Cleveland Chapter (NCBW-GCC) concluded its four-part PNC Homeownership Series at the PNC Fairfax Connection, presented by the Economic Empowerment Committee in partnership with PNC Bank.
This fourth and final session, titled New Homeowner Final Facts, provided attendees with essential insights on the responsibilities and realities of homeownership. Presenters Asdrid Ortega and David Zhou of PNC shared practical guidance on managing finances after purchase, maintaining property value, and building long-term wealth through ownership.
The discussion emphasized financial empowerment, encouraging first-time buyers to make informed decisions and confidently take the next steps in their homeownership journey.
