Members of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Greater Cleveland Chapter (NCBW-GCC) joined leaders from across the country for the 2025 NCBW National Leadership Conference, held in Jacksonville, Florida. The conference, themed “Bold Results Through Courageous Action,” brought together members dedicated to advancing advocacy, leadership, and service within their communities.

The four-day event offered dynamic workshops, leadership development sessions, and the NCBW Leadership University’s Microlearning Class V, which focused on strengthening organizational impact through innovation, collaboration, and strategic vision. Attendees explored how courageous leadership continues to drive the NCBW mission of empowering Black women and girls through advocacy, education, and economic development.

Representing the Greater Cleveland Chapter were Brittanny Evans, Dionne Jones, Immediate Past National President Elizabeth A. Jones, and Andrea Porter. Their participation reflected the Chapter’s ongoing commitment to cultivating bold, purpose-driven leadership that inspires measurable change across local and national platforms.

Through events like the National Leadership Conference, NCBW reaffirms its focus on developing leaders who are not only visionary but unafraid to take action — creating pathways for equity, progress, and lasting impact.
