2024–2025 Organizational Nominations and Honors

The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Greater Cleveland Chapter (NCBW-GCC) celebrates the outstanding accomplishments of its members who continue to lead, serve, and inspire both within and beyond the organization. During the 2024–2025 program year, several members received local, regional, and national recognition for their professional achievements and community leadership.

Dionne Jones, President of the Greater Cleveland Chapter, was named Women’s Wellness Advocate of the Year by the Stiletto Boss Award Foundation. In addition to this honor, she was appointed to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Northern Ohio Market Board of Directors, where she continues her advocacy for wellness and community health.

Layisha Bailey was elected President of the Greater Cleveland Realist Association, furthering her leadership in promoting equity and inclusion within the real estate industry.

DaLisa Delk Cann was recognized by the Black Professionals Association Charitable Foundation (BPACF) as a 40 Under 40 Emerging Legend, honoring her professional excellence and dedication to public service.

These recognitions reflect the spirit of NCBW’s mission — to advocate for Black women and girls through leadership development, economic empowerment, and civic engagement. The chapter is proud to uplift members who exemplify excellence in their fields and continue to make a lasting impact on the Greater Cleveland community.
